About me

Humble Beginnings in a Truck Yard

I didn’t start in real estate. I started under trucks.

For years, I owned and operated a muffler and repair shop serving the Inland Empire’s trucking community. Like many small business owners, I leased my shop, paid rent, and focused on keeping things moving.
That changed the day the landowner listed the property for sale.

Something told me to take the leap and buy...

the land I was standing on. It was a risk.
I had no formal real estate training, just grit and a belief in betting on myself.

Within five years, that same property had doubled — then tripled — in value. I wasn’t just running my business anymore. I was collecting rents, building equity, and gaining freedom I never imagined.

That single decision opened my eyes to the power of commercial real estate.
